Due to the weights and volumes of certain items, we don´t make international shipments for the following products: tables, robots, towel box, surrounds, returnboard and other heavy items. These items are only available for Spain and Portugal peninsula.

Some products may have different prices depending on the country of destination, please to know exactly the price of the products and the cost of the shipment and if it is available to your country register on our website (register here) and once registered add to the cart all products you want to buy and  you will see in the cart the total amount of the products and shipping costs depending on your weight / measures and country of destination. These amounts include VAT tax 21%. These amounts include 21% VAT. If you are resident in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or in a non-member country of the European Union, once registered in our system the cart will deduct the taxes of 21%.

If you register as a user, you can also earn loyalty points that can be exchanged for less amount on your next purchase transactions during the 6 months after the date that you obtained.



  • By Post (Spain Post CORREOS) for orders of Spain islands and Portugal islands (3-5 days) and orders outside European Union (8-30 business days), you have to pick up parcel from your local post office. Please ask by email for more informatión depend of your country .
  • By NACEX (COURIER) or other Courier company for Spain and Portugal orders (24h-48h) and for European Union orders except some countries please ask (2-6 days)
  • By TDN, for orders of Spain and Portugal for products over 10kg or larger.
  • Important: In calculating delivery times, exclude they day order is shipped, weekends, and certain shipping holidays.
  • Keep in mind these delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays. Please note that we send tracking information by e-mail, whereas the Postal Service tracking information provides only limited information. 


Depending on the country you’ve ordered from, you may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges aren´t included in the prices and shipping costs of your order in VSport. As the importer of record you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information. 

Methods of Payment

You can choose one of the following methods of payment. Please note that it may occur depending on the payment option chosen, there is an additional charge plus shipping:

The card information is not recorded in any database, it goes directly to the Point of Sale (POS). This system has no additional charge.

2.- PayPal
PayPal is a leader in anti-fraud technology. This system not only takes steps to protect your financial information, but also offers a defense against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Register with PayPal is free for buyers, has a very simple to use and is accepted almost everywhere.

This system has a 3% surcharge on the total purchase value

4.- Cash on Delivery (only for Spain and Portugal):
Pay the amount of your purchase in cash to the carrier when delivering parcel to you .
Excluded from this mode: 
- International Shipping 
- Bulky goods (tables, surrounds...)

If this form of payment is available, it will automatically appear when your purchase ends, if it is not available you will not have this payment method 

This system has a 3.5% surcharge on the total purchase value whit a minimun chargue of 3€.


VSPORT-TT.COM follows a 15 days, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit (within 15 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused condition)you can return your item(s) for a full refund (except all delivery costs). Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. This policy is not valid for custom or specialty items (e.g. assembled blades, clothing with serigraphs or flocking, and custom rackets are not possible to exchange.

In order to qualify for our return policy:

  • Blades must be returned in a box and cannot have any scrapes or glue on their surface.
  • Rubbers must be sealed in their original packaging.
  • Shoes must be in their original condition. You may use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them. However, please do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer’s shoe box.
  • Clothing items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • Bags and Accessories must be returned unused with their original packaging and labels.
  • Special Offers cannot be returned.


You can change your product for other (must not be used and in original packagin). Clothing with serigraphs and custom rackets are not possible to exchange.
Place a new order by phone or e-mail to for the new product you want to purchase. 
Once we receive the product, please allow 3-7 days to exchange product by your new order.
Shipping charges and return of the new product will be borne by the customer, please ask for the cost of these expenses.

Return Instructions:

For returns and exchanges follow the instructions below. The easiest way to return the merchandise is delivering them by Post or any other forwarder company to our address (the transport is pre-paid by customer).

All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will claim to the manufacturer.
To process a warranty VS Sport need to receive alls products for evaluation, except for table tennis tables. Follow the return instructions, please.
We reserve the right not to accept any return, refund, cancellation or warranty use for any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over non-payment of a previous order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon receipt of the goods check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging and the goods, since after 24 hours of delivery of the same we are not responsible for any claim. If you find any blow or box missing to the reception please advise the carrier to enter in the part "Pending review" in order to properly check the goods once in their power if it had been damaged. Breach of this provision will cause VS SPORT S.L.L circumvents any responsibility.
